Refund policy

 

We hope you are as in love with your items as we are, but if you’re not fully happy, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items beginning the day after your order is received:

  • Send an email to info@finegolfcollective.com to submit your return request, stating your order ID and the reason for your return.

  • You’ll receive an email from us with a return form that will state the address you need to ship the item to.

  • You then have another 14 days to physically return the order to us.

  • You will need to pay the cost of returning the goods to us unless the item has been received faulty. We do not refund outbound or return shipping charges.

  • When returning an item we advise you get a certificate of posting and sufficient insurance from the Post Office when you send an item back. For more expensive items we also advise that a fully insured service is used e.g. Recorded Delivery for items up to £35 and Special Delivery for items above £35. 

    • PLEASE NOTE - All returns/exchanges will be subject to a £3 returns processing fee.

  • All items must be returned unused, unworn and with their original packaging and tags attached.

  • When trying on clothing please check that you’re not wearing any deodorant, makeup, tan or perfume that may leave a mark or scent.

  • Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

  • Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration (due, for example, to your having used the items) up to the price of the items from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.

  • Sale and Discounted Items
    Any items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable and are sold under the "All Sales Are Final" terms. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, under any circumstances, except as required by law.
